I started off my gambling career like most people – pub/bar fruit machines then on to bookmakers and horse racing/sports betting. I ventured into IRL casinos quite early in my gambling career, playing slots and table games for a number of years.

I learnt from an early age that gambling is not a way to make money. Gambling is for entertainment and should only be done with money you can afford to lose. Once you understand this concept, gambling CAN and SHOULD be fun.

In more recent years, as my own real life responsibilities started stacking up (mortgages and bills), I gambled less and less as other things took priority. But in the last 3 or 4 years, I have started playing on a few selected sites (on the front page) and started having fun again. I keep track of my wins and losses and keep in control.

Remember, gambling is supposed to be fun. If it stops being fun, stop gambling!
